David D. Washington, CRS, is a nationally profiled, award-winning real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience as a top-producing broker, educator, instructor, presenter, and coach.
As the Managing Broker of Washington Realty, David leads a multi-state boutique brokerage with licensed operations and branch locations across Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. He is recognized for his leadership in the real estate industry, including multiple appointments with the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, where he has served on the Young Professionals Network (YPN) Committee, Professional Development Committee, Professional Standards Committee, Brokers Council, the GRI Board of Governors, as a Scholarship Foundation Trustee, and on the Community Service Committee. David is an active member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA) and serves on several local and state boards, including the Douglas-Coffee Board of REALTORS®, where he was named REALTOR® of the Year, 2024.
